How do I buy a hide?
Send us a message by WhatsApp or email with:
- Your name
- Your full address, including postcode or ZIP code
- Your telephone number
- The reference number of the hide you would like (shown as Ref beside each hide)
We will reply with a total price that includes carriage, insurance at 1% of the total value, and any duties and taxes due on deliveries outside the UK.
Once you are happy with the price, we will send you an invoice by email or WhatsApp with details of how to pay.
Where do your cowhide rugs come from?
All our hides come from British cattle. Each hide's description tells you where it was sourced.
How do I clean and maintain my cowhide rug?
Maintenance is simple. Hang the rug over a line and remove dust with a carpet beater, or vacuum it carefully in the direction of the hair. For spills, use a damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid soaking the hide or using harsh chemicals to preserve the natural oils.
